We envision a Kenya where underprivileged youth become empowered changemakers, leading their families, communities, and future generations towards lasting prosperity.
Mission
To radically change the socioeconomic state of the families, communities and generations of underprivileged youths in Kenya by equipping them with high-quality, market-driven skills, fostering a strong work ethic, and instilling core values of honesty and dependability, that empower them to secure sustainable employment.
Strategy
We practice mentorship with tangible results by offering free trainings to hundreds of underprivileged young people and we have seen these opportunities changing their lives. We do not just train and abandon them, but we train the skill as well as the work ethic, then offer them and/ or connect them to employment opportunities.
Impact
1.Reduced financial dependency among the beneficiaries and increased sense of pride in being productive.
2.Uplifted socioeconomic status of the beneficiaries’ families by assisting to educate and provide for their siblings.
3.A radical mindset shift from that of hopelessness to one of possibility, prosperity and a brighter future.
